1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SDR GROW website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SDR GROW provides an outbound outreach system, infrastructure, and consulting services for recruitment agencies. This includes but is not limited to: lead sourcing frameworks, email outreach sequences, LinkedIn outreach strategies, competitive intelligence modules, and brand voice alignment systems.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when booking calls or registering.
Use the system only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
Not misuse or circumvent any security features of the platform.
Not reproduce, distribute, or sublicense any proprietary content without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and materials provided by SDR GROW are the intellectual property of SDR GROW. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any SDR GROW materials.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement or proposal. As our services are delivered as bespoke outbound infrastructure, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery. Please contact us at hello@sdrgrow.com to discuss any concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

SDR GROW provides outreach infrastructure and strategy. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, reply rates, or client acquisition results. Results depend on market conditions, product-market fit, and client execution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, client lists, pricing structures, and internal operations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of significant changes.
